Alphabet Glue: Volume Five.

Happy late winter, everyone! I'm pleased to announce that the latest issue of Alphabet Glue has arrived! I had an incredibly good time putting this issue together, and am so very excited to be able to share it with you all. Thanks to your requests and encouragement, Volume Five is the first issue to be released on a new publishing schedule. Going forward, Alphabet Glue will arrive on your virtual doorstep every other month, or six times per year.

In this issue of Alphabet Glue you will find a variety of projects and activities to take you and yours from the cold days of deep winter into the earliest moments of spring warmth. As with past issues, Volume Five focuses on helping families make connections around a shared love of all things literary. To this end, this latest issue of Alphabet Glue contains multiple book recommendation lists to accompany a variety of fun and whimsical projects designed to make reading, writing and creating together an enjoyable part of the daily household routine.

This issue has a special focus on artistic creativity and making connections between art and children's literature, and the bookmaking projects inside were created with this purpose at their heart. There are also miniature mailboxes that can be crafted from paper and used to begin your very own in-house postal service, as well as book recommendations and printables to inspire your family letter writing campaign. There are brand new labels to give a regular box of crayons a renewed purpose and instructions for an art kit to share with a friend.
